• All orders are shipped using standard courier companies and our liability is limited till sharing the pickup receipts with the customers. We do not take any responsibility of condition of goods after it leaves our warehouse.

• Unedited opening video with audio is a must for raising any claim with regard to any order.

• We reserve the final right to accept or reject any claim without assigning any reason.

• Mere placement of an order does not guarantee availability of the particular items. Once an order is received, our team will ensure the availability of the sought items BEFORE accepting the payment against that order. When the desired items are available, our team will send a payment request and once the payment is reflected in our bank, goods will be dispatched as per the chosen delivery method.
